Conditional Probablity Interpretation
How to interprete the conditional probablity? The most simple way to understand is to use the venn diagram.
However, as it is not difficult to understand and compute it, the ability to correctly figure out the conditional probability in a given scenario is some times difficult at least for myself.

vorsorglich die Brust amputiert, da 93% der Brustkrebsfaelle aus der Hochrisikogruppe stammen.
Hierbei ist er offensichtlich davon ausgegangen,
dass mit der Zugehoerighkeit zur Hochriskogruppe eine aehnlich hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit besteht,
dass der Brustkrebs ausbricht.
The important sentence in the problem is “93% der Brustkrebsfaelle aus der Hochrisikogruppe stammen”, and it should be interpretated as $ \frac{P(Bk|Hr)}{P(Bk)} = 93\% $, because it is said that 93% of all breast cancer cases come from people in high risk group and this is more vivid in a venn diagram.
